A home joins when at least one of these holds, and each home shows which, with where it came from.

- An E, F or G rating on the home's certificate.
- Auction
- Homes offered at auction, with the guide price marked as a guide.
- Price against the street
- How the asking price per m² compares with recent sales nearby.
- Time and price cuts
- Days on the market, and every cut we or the portal have seen.
- A seller who may take less
- Probate, no chain, a repossession, a price cut, or a home back on the market.

Anywhere in England or Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland are not covered.
How far from my postcode do you look?
As far as it takes to find 10 good leads, starting within a mile and reaching up to 30 miles. The table shows how far each home is.
How soon are my first 10 ready?
Usually within a minute or two. An area nobody has searched before takes a little longer the first time, and the page shows how far it has looked.
What counts as a good lead?
A home that scores 50 or more out of 100 on the four checks: price against the street, the gap to done-up value, gross yield, and work and seller signs.
How much does it cost?

How do I cancel?
