Every report on gemhome is free for everyone now, so there is nothing left to sell and nothing to commission. We have retired the scheme rather than leave a page promising something we can no longer offer.

If your audience buys, sells or rents homes in the UK, gemhome is still worth pointing them to: paste any Rightmove or Zoopla listing link and get the full public record, price against sold homes, schools, crime, flood, planning next door and a ready-made offer case, free. You are welcome to keep linking to gemhome, we just cannot pay commission on it any more.
